Frequently Asked Questions

We have a suggested minimum age for all or our VR experiences. Minors (-18y/o) must be accompanied by an adult. We require that an adult/guardian is onsite, you do not have to take part in the VR experience themselves. Parents and guardians may use their discretion to determine whether the content is appropriate or whether the player would be able to operate the equipment.

  • Mask of the Pharaoh: minimum age 7+ years old.

  • The Snitch: minimum age 9+ years old.

  • The other VR experiences: suggested minimum age 12+ years old.

There is a limit on how many players each VR experience can host at a single time. For large groups, we operate a pass-through system switching people between our mini games and the wireless VR experience of your choices. That way, no one has to wait.

Some of our games can be played while in a wheelchair. Not all of our locations are accessible to wheelchairs though. Please contact customer support to see what locations and games are suitable for your needs.

If the frames of your glasses are less than 142 mm wide and 50 mm high, they will fit inside our VR hardware. However, we suggest, if possible, that you wear contact lenses instead.

Not at all. We do want you to be comfortable, though, because you’ll be moving around. So, take that thick sweater off before the experience starts, because it can get quite warm when the experience is underway. You’ll also need to wear a pair of flat, comfortable shoes. No heels will be allowed, for your own safety.
